PowerToolBox pricing and licensing announced
PowerToolBox is moving from early access to paid licensing. The pricing page is live now, and new builds with license enforcement will ship in the coming weeks.
What stays the same
- The Community tier is free forever: 1 environment, 25 flows, JSON and CSV exports, plus the Flow Documentation tool with no license required.
- The app stays fully local. Audit data never leaves your machine.
- License validation is offline. No phone-home, no telemetry.
The tiers
- Personal — $99/yr (or $12/mo) for individual admins and self-funded consultants. 1 user, up to 3 tenants, all export formats.
- Consultant — $299/yr per seat for consultants and MSPs. Unlimited tenants and white-labeled HTML reports.
- Enterprise — $2,500/yr for 10 seats or $5,000/yr for 25 seats. Central seat management, invoice billing, and priority support with an SLA.
- Enterprise Custom — contact us for 25+ seats or multi-year terms.

Founding-member offer
If you downloaded PowerToolBox during early access, you qualify for Personal at $49/yr with the rate locked for 3 years. This is our way of saying thank you to the people who tested the app, filed bugs, and suggested features.
Purchase the Personal tier, then email [email protected] with your order reference to apply the discount.
What happens to existing installs
When enforcement begins, existing installs will degrade gracefully to Community limits. Nothing is remotely disabled. Old reports stay readable. You can upgrade at any time to restore full functionality.

- Coming weeks: New builds ship with licensing enabled. Existing installs continue to work without interruption.
- Enforcement date: Community limits apply to unlicensed installs.
