- How do I get a license key?
- Purchase through Stripe and the license file is emailed automatically. For Enterprise plans, contact [email protected] to arrange invoice or PO billing.
- Does the license require an internet connection?
- No. License keys are signed files that validate offline. The app never phones home to check your license. This is intentional — privacy is part of the product.
- What happens when my subscription lapses?
- The app drops to Community limits: 1 environment, 25 flows, JSON and CSV exports only. Old reports remain readable. Nothing is remotely disabled.
- Can I get a free license?
- Microsoft MVPs and students can request a free Personal license by emailing [email protected]. This is handled manually on an honor system.
- What is the refund policy?
- 30 days. If PowerToolBox does not fit your workflow, contact us for a full refund.
- Is the Flow Documentation tool free?
- Yes. Flow Documentation stays free forever and does not require a license.
